I’m allison wilson, and this is what I want you to know…

You’re not too much. You’re not too late. You’re not beyond healing.

I know what it’s like to feel broken by love that was supposed to be safe.
To carry the weight of other’s choices and wonder if it will ever stop hurting.

Your pain is not proof that you are weak — it’s evidence that you have survived things that should never have happened to you.

There is a version of you waiting on the other side of this — one who trusts her voice, honors her needs, and no longer apologizes for taking up space.

Healing doesn’t mean pretending it didn’t happen.
It means learning that what happened no longer defines you.

You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to rebuild. You are allowed to believe in love again — starting with your own.

You are worthy of peace, safety, and connection.
And I’ll walk beside you until you can see that truth for yourself.

1:1 trauma therapy

Through empathetic listening, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and a commitment to your unique journey, I offer a space for deep healing and self-reclamation. We will journey towards the vistas of life, where we can look back and see the growth, strength and the beauty that lies between each step.

  • Sessions are $150/h, with the option of 2-4h intensives for deeper processing.

  • I serve those in the Arizona area. We can meet online or at my office in Phoenix.

  • While I specialize in supporting women who have experienced relational trauma and emotional abuse, I also work with couples and families navigating difficult times.

10 week intensives | 10 women

art therapy groups

A supportive, trauma-informed space for those healing from abuse, navigating difficult relationships, or working through emotional wounds. Through guided creative expression, gentle reflection, and group connection, we’ll process our experiences, strengthen emotional awareness, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. No art experience is needed—only a willingness to show up as you are.

  • We will explore emotional regulation, processing grief and loss, discovery of self, learning to let go, building healthy relationships, strengthening boundaries, hearing your inner voice, etc. 

  • This is a 10-week intensive at $1,250. Includes 10 × 90min sessions and therapeutic resources, most supplies, and a light snack.

  • We’ll be meeting in a cozy location in Phoenix Arizona.

    *Can’t come in person? I’ll provide you with a self-led, project-based workbook, and access to the online community. This is NOT a replacement for therapy but a space for education and connection.

A full-day workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself and build the inner strength needed to create positive change in your life. Whether you’re currently in therapy or considering it, this workshop is a powerful way to jump-start your healing, deepen your self-awareness, and connect with a supportive community while gaining tools that can truly impact your everyday life.

solani retreat

An immersive experience to restore your body, heart, and spirit through a blend of healing work and meaningful connection. Set in a beautiful destination surrounded by nature, this retreat weaves together guided workshops, art therapy, connecting experiences, emotional regulation practices, and active time for experiences like hiking, kayaking, or yoga.

Part personal retreat, part therapeutic intensive, and part restorative adventure, this experience offers deep growth, renewed clarity, and tools you can carry with you long after you return home.

I also offer educational training and speaking engagements for schools, organizations, and church groups. Themes we can explore include building healthy relationships with ourselves and others, boundary building, recovering from trauma and abuse, and creating trauma-informed spaces and cultures.

I know there is light beyond the darkness because I have walked that path before and found it. 

Having experienced the same heartache and devastation that many of my clients have, I bring a level of empathy, insight and hope to this work that only lived experience can offer.

I am so grateful to the guardian angels who accompanied me on my journey of healing and self-reclamation, and it is my greatest joy and honor to now be doing the same for other women.

‘Solani’ is an anagram of my name, and conveys ‘sun’ (sol) in Latin, ‘golden’ in Sanskrit, and ‘peace’ in Hawaiian and Arabic. It is inspired by the light that I see in every woman I support, and the radiance, peace and sovereignty I want for her.

My backgrounD & training

In addition to a Masters in Counseling, I hold a Bachelor in Fine Arts, specializing in sculpture and installation art. Be it through art or therapy, I enjoy exploring intricate textures and hidden layers, transforming what’s raw into beauty, and creating space for meaning to emerge.

These days, I weave my art background into my therapy work to help explore what lies beyond words. I am also certified in EMDR, and trained modalities such as Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing me to support women heal from trauma in ways that are both somatic and subsconcious, both cognitive and emotional.
